1st birth of soul of Lord Parshvanath was of Marubhuti.
In ancient ages there there was a kingdom Potanpur where King Arvind ruled. Vishwabhuti was his very able Purohit who used to guide King very well. Vishwabhuti had 2 sons, elder one named Kamath & younger one named MARUBHUTI.
[Pic 1] Once while sitting at his home Vishwabhuti at his old age saw a Rainbow for quite long & got thoughts that human life too is like Rainbow painted with several colors of happiness, sadness etc & hence every next moment is quite unpredictable. Hence he thought that now he is getting old & should leave all this worldly pleasures & should take initiation doing worship of God in remote area. Vishwabhuti tells his family about his thoughts & goes to King Arvind for permission for reliving him from post of Raj Purohit. King was very happy with his services so he appoints Kamath, elder son of Vishwabhuti, as next Raj Purohit.
As Kamath becomes Raj Purohit, he becomes very arrogant & got in all wrong ways. He was very proud of himself while younger brother Marubhuti was very simple in living & used to pass his days with worship of Lord. Many villagers complained of the wrong activities of Kamath & hence King Arvind warned Kamath to become good [Pic 2].
But Kamath didnt understand such warning from King either & in infact he tried getting into wrong relationship with younger brother Marubhuti's wife Vasundhara. Initially Vasundhara had refused but Kamath used money & power & got hold above Vasundhara [Pic 3] while Marubhuti didnt get idea of it as he was quite religious & used to spend most of his time at temple.
Kamath's wife comes to know about all such ill habits of Kamath & informs quite simple Marubhuti [Pic 4] about such illicit & illegitimate acts of his brother Kamath.
